If our Reservations Manager does not receive the Welcome Forms 60 days prior to arrival, all beds will be arranged as king beds instead of the optional twin beds.
The Property Manager is not on-site, therefore guests must designate their estimated arrival time at the Wailea Inn on the Welcome Forms so the Property Manager can greet them with keys, answer questions and lead a brief walkthrough of the unit(s).
Although we are located in paradise and guests are apt to put security concerns out of their mind, guests must exercise caution and are responsible for locking all doors and windows when leaving the property and while sleeping at night.
