We would be delighted to host your event or special gathering. The Wailea Inn is an exceptional place for a wedding reception, a private party, family reunion or small conference and seminar. The 1,000 square foot indoor studio space and the 800 square foot outdoor tropical deck is the ideal setting for a memorable event. Weather permitting, our outdoor areas can accommodate seating for 100 guests. Our complimentary concierge service can recommend private chefs and catering services, event equipment rental companies, transportation, and photographers for any special event. Event fees are based on the total number of event attendees and do not include any equipment rentals services. Wailea Inn has partnered with Maui’s top full-service wedding teams for wedding planning, coordination and event design. Every celebration designed and coordinated by our talented team is unique and created to reflect your personal taste and style. We guide you through the myriad of details and decisions that need to be made and make the planning as fun as the celebration. It is our goal to understand your vision, develop it and exceed your expectations.
Event site fees are based on the number of attendees and include a credit equal to 10% of the fee to use towards event tables and chairs to be delivered. This credit is processed automatically, when using our complimentary concierge service for tables and chair rentals. The Wailea Inn charges for hosting events on the property such as catered dinners, receptions, parties, or for any other celebration that exceeds a normal vacation rental stay. Events require rental of the entire villa with a 5-night minimum stay. The fee also covers the additional use of utilities, added liability, and added wear and tear on the property. *All noise and music must be brought indoors after 9 p.m. per Maui County laws.
